Focus Sessions
Timed work sessions with real breaks — start a session, hold the line, land softly.
Focus Sessions
Blocking keeps the feeds away all day. Focus sessions are for the next two hours: a timer with intent.
Starting a session
Pick a length and start. The timer runs, your limits hold, and the home screen shows the session state plainly. Short sessions for dreaded tasks, long ones for deep work — the timer doesn't judge, it just keeps time.
Breaks that actually break
When a session ends, AppLimit hands you a break screen — not the feed you were avoiding. Take the break: stand up, get water, look out a window. When the break ends, start the next session or stop for the day. The transition is the feature: most focus apps end the timer and leave you staring at the thing you were avoiding.
Sessions and schedules
A focus session layers on top of your schedules — the day's rules keep applying underneath. Starting a session never requires changing your rules, and ending one never disturbs them.
Sessions and the trial
During the 7-day trial, sessions are unlimited. After the trial, starting new sessions needs the one-time unlock. Your past session history stays visible either way.
